Students will work on taking the character from the page to the stage. Extensive monologue,
improvisation, theatre games, and scene study work will facilitate the use of the body and voice to formulate
characters and create truthful moments on stage. Comparison of the various major acting techniques will be
presented.

COMM 247 or permission of the instructor.
