This course is a historical and conceptual survey of the key figures, ideas, methods, and philosophical
underpinnings and scientific presuppositions of psychology. Emphasis will be given to modern psychological
theories currently influencing psychology. The course will review a variety of concepts studied during the
psychology major, and thus covers a wide range of psychological subfields.
