This course covers the basic functions of computing systems at the management level of various types of
organizations. The course focuses on how to plan, select, and implement a computerized system and how information
systems can assist management in making decisions. Classroom discussions of case studies lend practicality to
theory. Familiarity with accessing websites on the Internet is required.
